Sourav, a B.Com graduate, began his professional journey in 2008 by joining his father’s plastic granules trading business. This early experience provided him with deep insights into business strategy, operations, supply chain, and people management. In 2016, he became a partner in the company, bringing his leadership skills to the forefront. At Forcas Studio Limited, Sourav plays a pivotal role in overseeing key operations, including the production process, procurement of raw materials, and offline marketing strategies. His hands-on approach and operational expertise have been instrumental in streamlining processes and driving the brand’s growth in both traditional and emerging markets.
Sailesh, a graduate from Kolkata, began his career in Mumbai within his family’s fabric manufacturing business. Gaining hands-on experience across departments like weaving, grey checking, dyeing, processing, and marketing, he built a strong foundation in the textile industry. He later established his own fabric manufacturing and trading venture, supplying to major hypermarkets such as Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, Spencers, and Vishal Mega Mart. Leveraging his extensive experience with large retailers, Sailesh launched FTX in 2020—a brand focused on affordable fashion for India’s middle class. Under his leadership, the brand quickly expanded, achieving strong visibility across major online platforms.
